Maribeth Southard

Thank you for visiting my site, where you're always my priority. I'm Maribeth Southard, originally from Manila, Philippines. Moved to Bahrain in 1990, where I was an International Flight Attendant. There, I met my now husband of 27 years. I'm a military wife. My husband is a retired Navy Corpsman. We are blessed with a wonderful daughter. We love Jacksonville and the surrounding areas, that's why we decided to stay here for good. I decided to start my career in real estate 3 years ago. Previously, ! worked in the financial/mortgage/construction business for at least 23 years and held several positions from companies, like Merrill Lynch, Wachovia, LPS and Drees Homes and they were all customer service related. I have dealt with a lot of people in all walks of life and loved it. You truly learn from them and it helps you grow to be a better person. I also received several Best Customer Service awards from these companies.
My goal as a real estate agent is to continue learning everything there is to know about real estate and to be able to assist all clients/customers in making the home buying and selling experience as smooth as possible with unparalleled customer service. I value integrity, professionalism and honestly in all my dealings. I am bi-lingual (Tagalog and English) and also know American Sign Language (ASL).
