Joseph Barnes

Born and raised in the State of Illinois, Joseph Barnes joined the United States Navy, immediately after he graduated from high school. Joseph gladly served and defended this great country for twenty years before retiring. Upon retiring, Joseph found himself enamored with the River City. He settled in Jacksonville, Florida as permanent residents.

Joseph has a great appreciation for the American dream of being a homeowner. His keen eye for details, strategic methods to overcome credit concerns, and the ability to proactively resolve complications before they arise, all contribute to a stress-free home buying experience.

Joe obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Human Services during his exemplary service in the United States Navy. During that time, he successfully interned with the Home Builders Institute (HBI). While at HBI, Joseph assisted active service members that were separating from duty and Veterans with certifications such as CPR, Pre-Apprenticeship Certificate Training (PACT), and job placement.

With all that Joseph has accomplished, no accolade can compare to the joy he has when he spends quality time with his family and friends, or serving his community. The love and support shared between his family and friends, provide the corner stone for tirelessly assisting customers to have an extraordinary home buying experience.
