Formed in July 2025 by longtime friends and colleagues Linda White and Annette “Tyger” Steele, this dynamic partnership blends decades of experience, unmatched professionalism, and genuine care for their clients.
Linda White, REALTOR®, Broker-Associate, and Educator, brings a rich background in both education and real estate. A Florida native with degrees in Mathematics, Business Education, and an MBA from Palm Beach Atlantic University, Linda spent 16 years as a teacher and administrator before transitioning into real estate in 2005. Over the years, she has been recognized as a multi-year 5-Star Agent by Jacksonville Magazine, ranking among the Top Listing and Sales Agents in Northeast Florida. Linda is also a Florida Licensed Real Estate Instructor and holds numerous designations including GRI, MRP, PSA, ABR, and RENE to name a few. Known for her commitment, integrity, and excellence, she approaches every transaction with the heart of a teacher—making sure her clients understand and enjoy the process from start to finish.

Annette “Tyger” Steele, REALTOR®, began her real estate career in 2017, following in Linda’s footsteps—first as her mentee and later as a respected peer. From her early days as a transaction coordinator to becoming a highly accomplished Realtor®, Tyger has earned a reputation for her fierce dedication, attention to detail, and relentless advocacy for her clients—especially military veterans and their families relocating to Florida. She holds several designations including GRI, MRP, SFR and Gold Key certification, underscoring her commitment to continuous learning and professional excellence. Clients describe Tyger as tenacious, dependable, and passionate—traits that make her a true “Tyger” in every sense of the word.
