Danique "Nikki " Douglas Bio
As a second-generation REALTOR®, Nikki’s mother taught her at a young age that honesty,
integrity and trust were required to be a respected professional in the real estate industry. Her
wealth of knowledge has been beneficial to her clients by her education of them regarding
industry buzz, statistical market information and the intimate knowledge she has about
Jacksonville and its surrounding areas. Nikki has called the First Coast her home for over 20
years and has raised her family here.
Nikki has over seven years of experience in the Real Estate profession. She has been a part of
hundreds of transactions and loves how she can help her customers during a very stressful time
in their lives. She pushes herself to further her knowledge and has obtained her C2EX
designation in addition to being a NACA and E-Town certified agent. She loves getting updates
and checking in on her customers. She often offers helpful tips or valuable resources long after
the closing!

her family or volunteering with the non-profit she established, Champion Cares, Inc. Champion
Cares is a local organization that helps provide priceless resources and experiences for the
moms and caregivers of children with special needs. As a special need’s mom herself, Nikki
understands the demand and lack of recognition that often comes with caring for a special
needs child.
Nikki is also a licensed Notary and is available for certified signings and performing wedding
ceremonies.
