Kelly Everill

Kelly is a Jacksonville native who combines her love for real estate with her passion for education. A graduate of Jacksonville University with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Education, Kelly taught for 16 years before making the transition to real estate. She enjoys using her teaching skills of attentive listening, organization, patience, and attention to detail to help guide her customers step-by-step through the buying and selling process. In addition to being a teacher, Kelly has also owned two small businesses. She is excited to use the skills she has developed though her work experiences to help her buyers and sellers. Even though she is a Jacksonville native, her family did have to move away from the area for her husband’s job for a few years. This time helped Kelly understand the complexities of moving to a new area and trying to find a new home. She was thrilled when they were able to move back home because here is no better place to live than Northeast Florida. Kelly and her husband Bill have been married for over 30 years and have two grown children. During her free time, you will usually find Kelly out exploring all the beautiful areas of Northeast Florida with a camera in her hand.
