Hi, I’m Xhoana Gavoci.
I moved to the United States from Albania at the age of six with my family, guided by the love and sacrifice of my parents, who made it possible for me to have the opportunities I am blessed with today. My deep love for my mother, father, and siblings is the foundation of who I am, and I carry those values into every part of my life and work. I’ve proudly called Jacksonville, Florida home ever since.

Real estate is more than my career—it’s my calling. I serve buyers, sellers, and investors with integrity, trust, and faith, always ensuring my clients feel confident, supported, and at peace throughout the process. I’m bilingual in English and Albanian, a devoted wife, and a proud mother of four beautiful daughters. I hold an MBA in Business Management and Leadership and a Master’s in Health Services, and I truly believe God has guided my path so I can serve others with excellence, purpose, and heart.
