Ed Schenck

Ed has been involved in the real estate and construction industries since 1974. Starting out in Southern California at a time when interest rates were in the high teens and real estate was a bigger challenge than it is today. In 1983 he moved his family to Colorado Springs where he started a custom home building company and became the licensed broker for that company. His company specialized in building high end homes of all styles and he gained a reputation as one of the premier log home builders in the nation. It is these years of experience that give Ed the ability to help a buyer see past the decorating when they are in the market for an existing home. This experience also gives him the ability to help sellers maximize the appeal of their property when they are considering listing.
