Renez was born in Jacksonville, FL but grew up and went to high school and college in
California. In 1995 she moved back to Jacksonville met her husband and now has twins, a boy and a girl. In 2003 Renez followed in her grandfather's footsteps and entered into real estate. Since entering into the business Renez has been a multi million dollar producer, is ERC (Employee Relocation Council) certified, has received a national sales award from The Realty Alliance for exceptional performance as one of the leading residential real estate sales professionals in America. She has been named a Five Star Real Estate Agent for 2007, 2008, 2009, 2011, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017. To qualify for The Five Star Program you must be nominated by your past customers. These nominations mean quite a lot to Renez as she feels her best advertisement comes from satisfied customers. Satisfied customers is the reason why more than 90% of her business is by referral or repeat customers.
