Hello, My name is Nancy Wentz. My husband Greg and I relocated to Florida in 1989 from Ohio. We moved to the Jacksonville area in 1999 because we WANTED to.
I am a gradute of West Virginia University with a BS in Speech Pathology and MS in Audiology. (Lets Gooo Mountaineers!)
After a 10 year career in Speech and Hearing and a 12 year stint as a full time "Mom" I decided it was time to return to the work force. Over 10 years ago I chose Real Estate as my profession and absolutely love it.
I am a full-time, service oriented REALTOR® specializing in residential sales, military and corporate relocation, first-time home buyers and golf and tennis communities. I can also represent you in new construction and can provide assistance with short sales and foreclosures.
