A husband and a father, I have been a native of the Jacksonville area for over 20 years and have a wealth of local knowledge giving me the upper edge on most REALTORS®.

I possess 39+ years of experience as an Engineer. Worked on design teams for the Military designing facilities for Military bases in many states. Was an Engineering Technician in North Dakota and Nebraska and as an Engineer in Illinois, California, Texas and Florida.

Was a Realtor in Texas, California and now Florida. Earned my Brokers License in 2 years in Corpus Christi, TX from experience and passing exam. Additionally, had 3 more years of sales and marketing experience (receiving production awards) in Real Estate in Corpus Christi, TX

Switching from Engineering teams to Real Estate teams was an easy transition. So, I am confident that I will do my best for whomever I work with in helping them to sell and/or purchase their home or other property.

Retired from Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southeast.
