Oakleaf Plantation is a planned community in the Jacksonville area, located partially within the Jacksonville city limits (Duval County), but is mostly in unincorporated Clay County specifically – Orange Park and Middleburg. The community has more than 20,000 residents who enjoy special events, including a fall and spring community festival.
The First Coast Expressway, Jacksonville’s future outer beltway, runs north-south through the center of OakLeaf Plantation.
